1. Custom-designed mailings for your unique situation. All clubs are not the same. Your club and your market are uniquely different than others. So, a marketing campaign that works for another club, may not work for you at all. This is why a cookie cutter approach to marketing – where you pick a generic mailer, and put your logo and club features on it, is not effective. We will design a customized mailing for your unique situation – maximizing your response. Nothing is pre-printed or pre-designed. When we design a mailing for you, we start with a blank piece of paper and 100% customize it for you. Of course, you have final approval, and we will make any necessary revisions to insure that your mailing will generate the maximum amount of revenue for you.

2. Unique target marketing system – via digital mapping. Target marketing is the #1 factor in the success of direct mail. But most direct mail companies don’t even know where your mailing is going, because they don’t have a target-marketing map of your area! They know what ZIP codes they are mailing to – but not which areas within the ZIP codes. This is not target marketing – it’s blind marketing. We generate a computerized map of your market area, pinpointing the best areas to target – even within a ZIP code. This computerized targeting system boosts your response.

3. The ability to exclude members from your mailings. When you do an external direct mailing to promote memberships, many of your members also receive the mailing. But do you really want them to receive it? If you are making a special offer – which your members don’t qualify for – your mailing may upset some of your members. We can exclude your members from your mailings, which will increase your response and enhance your image.

4. Personalization. Do you want your mailing addressed to "Occupant," or to the person’s actual name? Studies show that personalized direct mail gets a higher response. Many mailing companies use cheap "occupant" lists, so you cannot personalize your mailings. With our mailing lists, you can include actual names of the residents for greatest response.

Our mailing list is updated every two weeks directly from the US Post Offices computers, including change of addresses, etc. This makes it over 99% deliverable, compared to average lists which are 80-90% deliverable.

7. Response-building copy. A big factor in direct mail, is how effectively the copy stimulates a response. A lot of poorly-designed direct mail has uninspiring copy – or just a list of club features! Two of the biggest keys to effective copy is emphasizing benefits and appealing to the "de-conditioned" market, which represents about 80% of everyone who receive your mailing.
